Jane Barlow is a Fellow of the Ottawa Watercolour Society and has been painting in watercolour for the past 30 years. She is also a part time practicing Psychiatrist in the Ottawa region. 
I believe all art, visual, written, music and dance, is an offering. Art arises from a liminal space, on the threshold of a divine realm. If we allow ourselves to simply interact with it and notice what stirs within us, positive or negative, it can show us something about ourselves. Notice your body's reaction, your arising feelings, and your thoughts, all of this informs you about that in yourself which might be asking for your attention.
